The Dakatcha Project.
It felt surreal being dropped into the middle of the Dakatcha Woodland for a week on my own, trusting people I didn’t know to guide me through a landscape I couldn't yet read. What first looked like ‘the middle of nowhere’ was, in reality, a place filled with generations of knowledge.
