Please note that dispatch times for bespoke items may take up to 4 weeks. Below are the details regarding delivery terms, methods, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Costs

  • The customer is responsible for delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

2. Shipping Methods

  • UK Deliveries:

    • For all non-bespoke items, such as notecards and notebooks, we use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Delivery service to ensure your order is safely tracked and delivered efficiently.

    • For all bespoke items, parcels are sent with Parcelforce Express 24, a fully tracked service.

3. Dispatch Times

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please note that dispatch times for bespoke items may take up to 4 weeks due to the bespoke nature of these products. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

  • In-stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will generally be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Deliveries: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 2-7 working days.

5. Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged, especially framed prints and other fragile items, to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap and strong packaging to safeguard your purchase.

6. Delivery Issues

  • In the event that your order is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us immediately via email. We will work with the relevant courier service to resolve the issue.

    • For damaged items, please email us and provide clear photos of the damage and your order details.

    • If your item is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
