We make every effort to display the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size may occur due to the photographic process or your screen settings.
4. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items
All products, including framed prints and mounted prints, are made-to-order and bespoke. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding custom-made goods.
5. Delivery Policy
We are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. The following details apply to all deliveries:
Delivery Costs
Customers are responsible for delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Methods
UK Deliveries: We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Delivery or Parcelforce Express 24.
Dispatch Times
Made-to-Order Items: Dispatch for made-to-order items may take up to 4 weeks due to their bespoke nature. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
In-stock Items: In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Delivery Timeframes
UK Deliveries: Typically, 3-7 working days from dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties
You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap and sturdy packaging.
Delivery Issues
If your order is damaged or lost during delivery:
Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage and your order details.
Lost Items: We will assist in filing a claim with the courier service.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds only for faulty or damaged goods. This policy applies to made-to-order/bespoke items. Non-made-to-order/bespoke items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and suitable for resale.
