Made-to-Order Items

Return & Refund Policy

Since all prints are made-to-order and bespoke, we have a clear returns policy that complies with UK consumer law.

1. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items

All prints are bespoke or made-to-order, which means they are specifically created for you based on your order. As such, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or any other reason unrelated to the product being faulty or damaged.

This is in line with UK consumer law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes returns for custom-made goods unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from receiving the item. You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the damage or defect.

  • Your order number, name, and address.

Once we have reviewed the information, we may arrange for a refund, exchange, or repair, as applicable.

3. UK Returns Process

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If the item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a full refund or replacement. We will provide a return shipping label if necessary.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.

  • Non-Damaged Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our prints, returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or fault.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (for faulty or damaged items). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will send a replacement print at no extra cost, once the returned item is received or the damage is confirmed.

  • You can only have one: a refund, repair OR exchange.

5. No Return for Non-Damaged Items

As all prints are bespoke and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including changes of mind or incorrect choices. This is in line with UK law regarding custom-made goods.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, we explain your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and damaged items.

1. Non-Made-to-Order Products

  • Right to Cancel:

    • If the product is not made-to-order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    • The product must be unused, in original condition, and fit for resale. This includes original packaging, tags, or labels (if applicable).

    • If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide:

      • Your order number, name, and address.

      • The reason for the return (please ensure the item is unused and in resellable condition).

    • Once we receive the item and verify that it is unused and in resellable condition, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

    • We cannot provide a refund for or be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

2. Damaged Items

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

  • Right to Return Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately or within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • Provide us with photos of the damage and your order number, name, and address.

    • Once we’ve reviewed the information, we will arrange for a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the damage.

  • Return Shipping for Damaged Items:

    • If the item is damaged or faulty, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Non-Damaged Returns: If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item, minus the original shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If the item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.

4. Exclusions

  • Custom or Bespoke Items: Returns for bespoke or made-to-order products are not accepted, except if the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Used or Opened Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or are not in resellable condition.
